We are conducting an academic study that examines how cross-border venture investments shape exit routes and outcomes across markets (IPO and M&A). We’re inviting experienced VCs to participate in a brief, confidential interview (≈20-30 minutes, remote) to share practical perspectives on evaluating opportunities outside the home market, syndication and governance choices, preparing portfolio companies for different exit venues, and how networks, legal frictions, and market depth inform decisions.
